Lost? Confused? You're not alone. Here are some maps, tips and cheat codes to
help you through...
MAPS
The following maps reflect what they should look like when you're finished with that area. Harry has marked the areas
in red. A red X means a dead end or important spot. A circle indicates where you need to go to obtain your next goal. A red
line through a door means that it's locked or jammed. Eventually, you will be able to click on the maps to enlarge them. Until
then, you can right-click on the image and set it as the wallpaper on your computer for easy reference.

OLD SILENT HILL: The green arrow is where you begin in the game. Follow the clues, but keep your weapons handy! You'll
have a lot of monsters to oppose you. MONSTERS: Winged Demons, Skinless Dogs



MIDWITCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: Cheryl's bloody trail of sketchbook pages leads you to this normal-looking school. When it
transforms, it becomes that much more wrong - that children would be somehow involved in this nightmarish facility of torture
and mutilation. MONSTERS: Child Zombies, Small Black Ghosts, Split-Head Lizard Boss



SEWERS: You take Lisa's advice and end up here. First of all, if you're afraid of the dark, you
won't like it here. Forget about your radio, because it doesn't work. Hold R2 and L2 down at the same time and Harry will
automatically aim at the nearest creepy crawly. Watch the ceilings! Follow these dank passages until you get to South Park
(hmmm) to see if Cheryl was really walking on air. (Or if Cybil got her hands on some of that White Claudia...) MONSTERS:
Ceiling Crawlers, Headless Teddy Bears and Mutant Cockroaches

CENTRAL SILENT HILL: After crossing the drawbridge, you will continue your search here. MONSTERS: Winged Demons,
Skinless Dogs, Hopping Demons, Bloody Leather Demons, Larvae Boss, Moth Boss




ALCHEMILLA HOSPITAL: Dahlia tells you to "make haste" to this hospital before it's too late. You'll make some
new friends, along with LOTS more enemies. You'll also make some really interesting, if not highly disturbing discoveries.
My favorite part of the game. MONSTERS: Zombie Nurses, Zombie Doctors, Mutant Cockroaches and a squirming, hydra-like
creature...you'll see what I mean.

RESORT AREA/SOUTH PARK: This is an interesting part of the game. You find yourself in the Sanford
resort area, no doubt where Harry and Cheryl were supposed to be enjoying their vacation. Instead, he is playing
a cat and mouse game with Alessa. Mind you, what Harry does in the resort area determines what ending you get. See the Walkthrough
page for details. MONSTERS: Bloody Leather Demons, Headless Teddy Bears, Hopping Demons, Skinless Dogs

NOWHERE: This area is the epitemy of a memorable nightmare. It looks familiar, but it's not - many places of your past
are blended together in a confusing world where you can't scream... You'll find yourself back in many familiar places
here, but with new puzzles and the ultimate goal - save Cheryl!

LAKESIDE AMUSEMENT PARK: Exit the sewer to find yourself in what looks like a scene from "Something Wicked This Way
Comes." Careful, you know those cute little ghosts from the school? Well, somewhere they decided they hate you. Kill
them! Also, find the carousel for a little surprise... MONSTERS: Small Black Ghosts, Cybil Bennett
